RENTAL POLICIES
Renting: In an effort to lease to highly qualified residents, applicants must demonstrate the following requirements:
• An acceptable rental history.
• Stable employment.
• The establishment of good credit.
• Verification of income. Monthly rental amount shall not exceed 35% of gross income. Special consideration for senior citizen applicants is possible.
In the event the applicant cannot meet one or more of the above requirements,
management reserves the right to request one or more of the following:
• An extra deposit
• A cosigner meeting the above requirements
Application Fee: $25.00 is required to process the application and is non-refundable.
Security Deposit: The deposit amount is a full month's rent and must be paid in full prior to moving into a Woodruff Place Apartment. In the event your application is not approved,
we would be willing to review the application within six months, upon request, should your information change.
Second Person: Monthly
fee $225 per month, non-refundable entrance fee $200, application fee $25.
Pet Policy: We no longer accept cats or dogs.
Smoking Policy: We no longer rent units for smokers.
Applications may be picked up at the building by appointment.
